About Access Codes

Digs is currently invite only. Invites are sent by real estate professionals to people who have expressed interest in working with them. An access code allows you to have a Digs account for free, along with other reasons stated below.

More about access codes

Why do I need an access code?
We think Digs works best when you have an expert in your corner. Real estate laws and costs change by state – and even by city, so pairing you with someone who is best suited to help you reach your goals is a win win. As a financial app, we also incur banking and technology costs. Real estate professionals pay us for access codes so you can have the app for free.

Why would a real estate professional give me an access code?
A real estate agent or mortgage lender chooses to sponsor your account for the chance to work with you as a client. By giving you access, they get to spread more awareness about their business and brand.

Do I have to buy a home with the professional that grants me access?
No, you do not. Think of your real estate professional as a home advisor. They are someone you can turn to with questions or concerns about homeownership. You do not have to use them for any real estate services unless you want to.

What information is shared with my real estate professional?
In order for your real estate professional to give you relevant advice, we share information about your goals and home specifications. We do not share personally sensitive data.

Can I just pay for access?
No, not at this time. We may consider testing paid accounts at a later date.
